Refund Policy

Print on Demand (POD) Fulfillment Return Policy:

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. 

Because KidzAnimals uses Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment partners such as Gooten, Printify, Zazzle and others, each product sold is printed specifically for the customer’s product.  Each product ordered, printed and shipped is a custom product made for the specific customer.  Products are not stored in inventory, mass produced or warehoused -- and they cannot be resold upon return.

Because of the personalized nature of Print-on-Demand, products cannot be returned and refunded due to the customer “changing their mind”, having “buyer's remorse”, wanting a different color, incorrectly measuring a clothing size, not reading the product description, or ordering the wrong item.  The product can only be returned or qualify for a refund if it is incorrectly made or not as described in the product descriptions.

Every attempt has been made to provide clothing size charts, provide review-based notations concerning various shirt designs, provide measurement charts of the product. These notes are in each product description and the adult/parent it responsible for understanding the product description and size charts.

Please be aware that different shirt styles and brands have different sizing charts.  For clothing items, size charts have been included so you can measure your child (or recipient) and make sure the item size is what you intend. Do not assume XS, S, M, L, XL or 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T is what your child “always” wears.  Instead measure the intended recipient.

Please be aware that the product advertisement images  at the bottom of KidzAnimals website pages are mockups and have a note stating:
“These product mockups are for display only. Colors, product sizes, image placement, styles and fit may vary for products.”


Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have arrived damaged and not to the quality as described in the product description.  It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact the print fulfillment partner based on email confirmations you received upon placing your order.  Please save and store your ordering, confirmation and tracking emails in order to communicate with Gooten, Printify of other fulfillment partner should there be an issue with your ordered product.


To return your product, and if all eligibility for a return is met, you should mail your product back to the return address found on your product mailer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
